In Rust Encased Wings by KassandraLeigh In Rust Encased Wings by KassandraLeigh
"In this moonlit room, I feel pain in the bottom of my heart.
It melts in your hand like the ice of a person's neglect.
This waveless town, in the floating heat haze,
My life is wrapped up, yet still blooming.

Expose these lonely feathers, showing only your flight.
In this dazzling time, let's keep dancing, until our power runs out.

My unadorned heart is looking only for a ringed fingertip but,
Like trifling with this pocket key, it is touching someone's wound.

The twinkling stars are infected by this burning.
An interrupted prayer, will this fever be lifted?

Those falling dreams that didn't come true, the resounding passion in my heart.
Waiting for the inferno, the voice is faint, and I am confused.

Folding back my lonely wings, I believe the flying memories.
Let me hear love, until I soak my cheeks with tears.

Someone is still whispering on the other side of this night.
A shifting, swaying wish's conclusion, I am still waiting for love."
Lyrics of ThunderBird by the beautifull TM Revolution.

I realy have to say that song fit me for the night. My cam's
inability to take perfect pictures in the pitch of night( around 12ish)
did not improve my mood lolol. But it was good to get some "fresh"
air - even if it was frm this rust bucket of a place. I swear, if the
memories and thoughts keep bothering me around here im bound to
get tetnis(sp) lol^__^; And thank you agian eveyone for the early
Happy B-days i got(B-day is July 6th)

Beautiful...
I think if you take your pictures beyond your bedroom setting they get so much more intresting. It simply adds so much story...

The house gives it a feel of a 'normal' suburban treet, but the wall you are leaning against looks like a city building. An odd mix, i like the lighting, very summerish.

^__^ whats ironic is that im in a commercial district..that quaint lil house, is actualy an insurance angancy. And that , along with my own are the only houses on the entire street^_^;;

Hmm . . . . Great lighting, as usual. =D The shadow is interesting: it makes an illusion as if you are standing up straight. I cannot get over the house in the background, the lighting, and the way they all work together!

Thats alright, I always thought you looked rather manly in your photos....not trying to instigate or anything. ^_^
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, darling. But there is a time and place when we all know that either our opinion
isn't wanted, or just not courteous. Now in your case, I have been quite nice as to spare you of my opinions, but then
again I am a lady and do know how to act like one. Not trying to start an argument of any sort, merely stating my
opinion on the matter. We're all entitled, right dear? Take care to enjoy the rest of your night ^_^

What memories of this town you talk of could give you tetanus?

No, I'll correct that...what thoughts and memories of this town of which you speak could cause you to have such a reaction?

I like this photo. It almost looks like something out of a B-rated horror movie, with the colours contrasting like they are. It almost looks like one of those filters they put on the film post-production to make it look dark, but ends up looking cheesy. I'm not at all saying that your photo looks cheesy, it indeed looks incredible. It's very original and I, along with a lot of other people (Obviously), enjoy it very much.

*wigglesfingers* i was very tempted not to post the photo because the quality was less
then picture perfect. I do agree, its very high in contrast ,but what realy bothers me, is
the grain. If i step back and look at it not as my own work(since iman overachieving
perfectionist that always wants more of everything lmao), i thinkteh grain n harshness
of the photo kina looks nifty for setting a mood?

Indeed. It sets quite the odd mood, making you think "Wow this is cheesy", but then again... most people only take the highest quality pictures, so when they see something absurdly original like this, then it's just a wonderful thing to see. Thanks for replying to my comment, by the way... I've noticed you get a lot of them.
